Nancy Corbett is a plein air landscape artist, creating colourful oil paintings on wood.  Her inspirations come from connecting with the natural world and feeling the energy and beauty of nature wherever she and her family travel.

Nancy grew up near Sudbury, Ontario and has lived in Waterloo for over 20 years. She is grateful to have a cottage near Bracebridge, Ontario where she is continually inspired by the Muskoka lakes, land and fantastic skies.  She has been painting plein air for over 30 years, with her style influenced by the Canadian Group of Seven.  Her work has been shown in MAST since 2011, as well as at the PWD gallery and Button Factory Arts over the last decade.

Recently, she has sold paintings to support her "Gift of Water" project to help promote and support the Canadian non-profit Water First - helping Indigenous communities access clean water.
