Artist Ted Mavor following a successful career in health care, began pursuing his childhood passion of creating art.Ted seeks to capture his emotional response to the light and essence of the subject through oil painting.His realism approach is inspired by the figurative traditions of nineteenth century European painters.He has studied under national and internationally known artists and his work includes landscapes, still lifes plus human figures.Ted’s work is show cased in private collections across the country as well as private offices.
